Welcome to De Samuel & Ayinke Foundation – where compassion truly meets professionalism. We're born out of a deep desire to stand in the gap for the elderly and vulnerable in our communities. We understand the challenges that come with aging and poor health, and we're here to provide support that's not just professional, but also personal and heartfelt.

Our team includes a rich mix of professionals - from doctors nurses, and carers to legal experts, social workers, teachers, IT specialists, and pastoral leaders. Each one brings their unique skills to the table, working together to ensure every person under our care is treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.

We don't just offer services; we build relationship. Whether it help with daily routines, medical concerns, emotional support, or spiritual care, We are here to make our clients feel seen, valued, and truly cared for.

1.`To provide a place of safety and an environment that is comfortable for them to live in where they can feel at home and call a home
2. Create a robust awareness on care of the elderly and the need for our younger generation to have a grassroot information that eradicate myths and stigmatization of vulnerable ederly people in our society.
3. To enhance and promote a good quality of life and well-being of the older people in Nigeria through personal centre approach, holistic care including creating a good advocacy and a good advancement knowledge in care of the elderly.
4. The foundation aims to focus more on ensuring that our elderly live a fulfilled life by providing them with compassionate care that reflects and respects their values and promote their independence and dignity.
5. To promote their independence by opting for inclusive care that enables them as long as possible to have total autonomy in the care they receive.
6. To prevent discrimination and promote diversity including equality for our elderly.

1. To improve the well- being and health care of older people in Nigeria.
2. To provide advocacy support for older people in our community.
3. To improve the standard of living of older people in our society there by improving their quality of life in their old age.
4. To promote dignity and respect for our older generation in society.
5. To support and promote research that allows for promotion and how to improve and look for ways to better the life and standard of care and support that offer generation receives in our society.
6. To help create an on going awareness of the needs and care of Older generation in our society there by eradicating the older burden of discrimination and neglect that older people suffer or face in the old age in our society.
7. To work with various communities, government bodies and agencies including non governmental agencies embraces the acceptance and care of the elderly is accepted and that support aids and other community aids are utilised effectively and solely for improving the lives of the elderly ones in our society.
8. To prevent continuous abuse, discrimination, stigmation, and lack of empathy for our older ones.
9. To promote continuous on going training and mentoring of people most especially younger ones through empowerment and better understanding on better health care and lifestyle care through holistic approach method of care for our older people in the society.
